Shipping and Returns
Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method. Your order will be processed and will be shipped on the third or fourth business day. Allow additional time for custom orders, including monogrammed or personalized items.
Orders placed on weddingsthatsparkle.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Your order may be divided into multiple shipments that arrive at different times.
Shipping charges are determined using UPS rates, however occasionally, orders are delivered via a different carrier.
The cost of shipping varies per order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items per order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart.
If the package weight is more than 150 pounds, you will be asked to select another shipping method. Please choose "Bulk 150" and you will be provided with an ESTIMATE. The FINAL shipping cost will be provided via email before the order is finalized.
Please note that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
International orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or the United States Post Office. Rates for some international orders will be determined after order is placed. We will contact you and inform you of the exact shipping cost before your order is finalized. International shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.
We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstance.
No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
We make every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be instances where we cannot supply the ordered products due to changes in supply. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you alternative products. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will refund your purchase price for those products
At Weddings that Sparkle, we want to make sure you are happy with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to address your concerns.
You may return items not included in the “NON-RETURNABLE LIST” to us within 14 days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and in its entirety.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization (RA) number.We will respond to your request within 2 business days and return instructions and a warehouse address will be provided in the return confirmation email. You are responsible for paying any shipping on returned items, except in a situation where an item is defective or if you receive incorrect items. To avoid additional shipping charges, please do not send any returns to our business address, unless indicated.

If an item is defective or if you receive incorrect items due to an error on our part, you must notify us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item for return authorization.
For RETURNABLE ITEMS, We will either credit you with the purchase amount or send you a replacement. For NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS, we do not issue refunds, we will send a replacement. We will ship ground and any upgrades in shipping will be your responsibility. Please note that only 1 replacement order will be issued for any damage/defective claims. We do not issue refunds on items returned which were damaged during transit back to us. Please insure your package.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed by us. To make changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been processed, you will only be able to request a refund or exchange of returnable merchandise. Please see the terms of our return policy.
We strive to provide our customers with the most accurate information. However, we can not honor typographical errors in price or product information.If we find that there is an error, we will contact the customer prior to processing the order. Prices, product availability and our policies are subject to change without notice.
